OV is specialized in the conception and implementation of IT Systems in the support of business processes in the telecommunications branch. The company’s competence lies particularly in the following areas: Implementation of ERP Systems (e.g. SAP) in SOA Architecture with all the module specific characteristics (logistics, sales, production planning, finance, controlling, Business Information Warehouse, Web Application Server and individual developments in ABAP and Java), Telecommunication specific product modelling in SAP Standard, Integration of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS), Implementation of web based Order Entry Systems with workflow, in particular for IP Services, Conception and implementation of Billing interfaces, converting from the different Billing data formats to the „procurement normal“, up to the full integration in the ERP kernel, Migration of current telecommunications processes into standard ERP solutions.
OV was founded in 1997 has a resource base of about 75 consultants mainly in the area of IT and SAP consulting in the Telco industry.

TCI

TCI delivers management business consulting based on a wide range of experience in helping companies to grow and to manage changes and/or to manage programs of strategic impact both in organizational and technological implementation and takes full responsibility for the successful achievement of the program goals.
TCI has experience in kicking off young enterprises in new business environments as well as in the reshaping of current business models. As most TCI Consultants have extensive experience in industries such as information technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, and all type of services businesses around those industries, a natural focus is there.
TCI competence may be delivered by strategy workshops covering as-it-is versus to-be scenarios, scope definitions, change management plans, business plan development, and/or managing strategic programs. TCI is capable to coach line and project managers for change and/or implementation projects as well as overtake the role as responsible program managers.
TCI was founded in 2006 (previous company 2003) has a resource base of about 25 executive senior consultants. Most of them provide line and large program management experience based on according experience.
